We currently do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, in the rare circumstance that your order arrives damaged, we will arrange for a replacement order to be sent to you. Please email us at girlsame.paintbynumbers@gmail.com within 30 days along with evidence.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. From there, depending on your location and what shipping method you selected at check out, it could arrive between 1 to 7 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information.

At the moment, we are only shipping within Australia.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.00. Otherwise, we have a standard rate of $10.00 and an express rate of $15.00. For those of you who don't know, shipping is actually more expensive than this, but most small businesses (like mine) absorb the extra shipping costs.
